Kenwood TS2000

My newest transceiver is the Kenwood TS2000, A multi-band multi-mode transceiver for 160 meter till 70 centimeter. I bought this rig in 2007 and I’m still using it every day.

I wanted to connect this transceiver to my computer so I needed an audio interface and A cat (ham radio talk for A serial connection) interface. Off-course I build one myself to use with digital modes and CW.

Now I can program and control my transciever with the cat interface and use digital modes (cw psk rtty etc).
